A Project is a way to organize users and reporting around an initiative (program, product, client, or internal project). It adds project context to usage data so you can manage demand and decisions by initiative, not only by department.

How do we assign users to projects?

You can assign users manually, import lists (e.g., CSV), or align projects with existing groups where it makes sense. This keeps project membership easy to maintain as teams change.

What can we report on at the project level?

You can view utilization, sessions, denials, peak demand, top users, and application/feature usage by project. This helps compare initiatives, identify bottlenecks, and plan renewals and expansions with better accuracy.

Can Projects support budgeting and showback/chargeback?
