Report Summary
Report Summary is a high-level dashboard that displays the current status of license servers, compares total license usage time versus idle time (hours), and lists the top 10 most and least active users based on software usage duration, using the latest available data.
License Usage
A report that displays the percentage of licenses used concurrently over time, along with detailed breakdowns of concurrent usage per feature. It helps monitor peak demand and identify heavily used license features.
Top 10 Report
The Top 10 Report highlights key usage and denial trends, showing the most and least used features, longest sessions, top denied users, and most used products and vendors based on usage time or denial counts.
License Usage Details
This report provides a tabular view of concurrent license usage for a specific feature, offering detailed insights into how much of the available licenses users actively consume in each hour.
License Activity
This report provides the total usage time (hours), idle time (hours), and actual usage time (hours) for different categories such as Users, Features, Vendors, Groups, Projects, Servers, and Workstations.
License Procurement
A dataset containing information on all procured licenses, including vendor, quantity, purchase date, and expiration details.
Active Users
The Active User Report provides a detailed view of active license users, showing time-wise active user counts alongside session details. It tracks how many unique users accessed licensed features during each time period and lists user-specific activities. This report helps monitor licensing activity, identify peak usage periods, and analyze user behavior across departments and servers.
License Activity Details
The License Activity Table provides a detailed view of individual user sessions, showing key information such as user details, session times, usage and idle durations, workstation info, and license specifics like vendor, server, license type, and feature version. It supports deeper analysis of license usage and user behavior.
Currently Consumed Licenses
A live report showing all licenses that are currently active and in use. It provides real-time visibility into license consumption.
User Details
The dashboard provides a comprehensive view of user details, showing the total number of users and departments along with user distribution by feature and department. It highlights how many users each software feature includes and how users appear across various departments. A detailed user table lists individual user information, including username, department, server name, and other profile data.
Named License Analysis
An analytical report that evaluates usage of licenses assigned to specific named users. It helps assess license efficiency and detect inactive or unused assignments.
Feature Usage Status
A report that shows the current usage of each licensed feature. It helps in tracking utilization trends and making licensing decisions.
Feature Usage per User
A report that breaks down feature-level usage by individual users. It is useful for identifying key users and understanding feature adoption.
License Allocation
A report that shows how the organization assigns licenses to users and captures related group or department details. Use it to assess license distribution and support administrative planning.
Feature Usage per Group
A detailed report showing which features each user group uses. Use it to run targeted analysis of group-level feature consumption.
Session Details
The Session Report provides a detailed summary of how users, groups, and projects use licensed features over time. It tracks the total number of license sessions to help identify user behavior, feature demand, and licensing trends for capacity planning and optimization.
Host Availability
This table displays the availability of hosts by listing the Host Names, the Ports each host is using, and their corresponding Status. It helps users monitor server connectivity and ensure license servers are reachable.
Denials
A report that summarizes events where the system denies users access to licenses because no capacity remains. Use it to identify licensing gaps and peak load issues.
Denials Activity
This page presents a comprehensive, drill-through summary of license denial events. Access it from both the Denials Report Page and the Integrated Denials Report Page to review granular details for each denial, including user, feature, server, and timestamp data. This table supports in-depth troubleshooting and analysis of access issues.
Integrated Denials
The dashboard provides an overview of software license denials across different dimensions. It highlights the total number of denials by server name, error message, vendor, group name, and workstation.
Dongle Monitoring
The Dongle Monitoring Report provides real-time and historical tracking of hardware dongles used for license enforcement. It shows dongle distribution across hosts, how long users keep them active, which users and manufacturers participate, and flags blacklisted or duplicate devices for security and compliance monitoring.
Process Session
The Process Session Report provides detailed insights into application usage sessions by tracking process run times, idle times, and session durations across hosts, users, and process names. This helps identify resource utilization, idle license consumption, and system usage patterns to support optimization.
Touch-Point Events
The Touchpoint Data Report provides detailed insights into user interactions with web domains and URLs through monitored browsers across various workstations. It tracks the number of transactions per user, workstation, and website type to support security monitoring, productivity analysis, and usage trend reporting.
Token Usage
The Token Usage Report provides insights into how users consume software tokens across dates, users, and features. Tokens represent license usage credits for various software features, and this report helps track peak usage, identify top consumers, and monitor usage patterns to support resource planning.
Token Activity
The Token Activity Report provides a detailed log of individual token consumption events. It tracks each transaction where users consume or request tokens, including feature usage, username, usage date, and the remaining available tokens. This helps audit token-based license usage at a granular level.
